Rebooting, as recommended above, seemed to help, but when I quit Native Access and re-launched it to continue installing individual packages, it went back to downloading instead of installing from disk.
I had this same issue installing K11 Ultimate from the USB drive on a Mac running Sierra 10.12.6.
